1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the MyNorthPath website. The offer is aimed at customers in Switzerland as well as in the countries of the European Union.

 

2. Offers and Products

MyNorthPath offers printed books, e-books, as well as digital online courses and video courses. Product descriptions are for informational purposes and do not constitute guaranteed characteristics.

 

3. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are in euros (EUR). The prices published at the time of the order apply. Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process.

 

4. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation or the provision of the product.

 

5. Delivery and Provision

Printed books are shipped to the specified delivery address. E-books and online courses are provided electronically or activated after successful payment.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

For printed books, MyNorthPath grants a voluntary 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Digital content (e-books, downloads, online courses) is excluded from withdrawal once provided or activated, provided that the customer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

7. Usage Rights for Digital Content

All e-books, videos, course materials, and digital content are licensed exclusively for personal use. Any distribution, publication, reproduction, or resale is prohibited without the written consent of MyNorthPath.

All content from MyNorthPath is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.

 

9. Disclaimer

The content of books, e-books, and courses is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice. MyNorthPath is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

 

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy on the website.

 

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
